Terms and Conditions Def Americans Webshop

Article 1 – Definitions In these term

The following definitions apply:

1. Seller: Def Americans, operating through the webshop.
2. Buyer: the natural or legal person making a purchase via the webshop.
3. Agreement: the purchase agreement between the seller and the buyer.

Article 2 – Applicability

1. These terms and conditions apply to all orders and agreements via the Def Americans webshop.
2. By placing an order, the buyer agrees to these terms and conditions.

Article 3 – Prices and Payment

1. All prices in the webshop are in euros and include VAT unless otherwise stated.
2. Payment can be made via the payment methods offered in the webshop.
3. The order will only be shipped after full payment has been received.

Article 4 – Delivery and Shipping

1. Ordered products will be shipped within the specified delivery time to the address provided by the buyer.
2. The seller is not liable for delays caused by the shipping service.
3. Shipping costs are specified separately during the ordering process.

Article 5 – Right of Withdrawal and Returns

1. The buyer has the right to cancel the purchase within 14 days of receipt without providing a reason (right of withdrawal).
2. Returns are only accepted if the product is unused and in its original condition.
3. Return shipping costs are borne by the buyer unless the product is defective or incorrectly delivered.
4. After receiving the return, the purchase amount will be refunded within 14 days.

Article 6 – Warranty and Liability

1. Def Americans guarantees that the products meet reasonable buyer expectations.
2. If a product is defective or damaged upon delivery, the buyer must contact us within 7 days.
3. Def Americans is not liable for damage caused by improper use of the product.

Article 7 – Complaints and Disputes

1. Complaints must be submitted in writing or via email.
2. Def Americans will handle complaints as quickly as possible and seek an appropriate solution.
3. This agreement is governed by Dutch law.

Article 8 – Privacy and Data Protection

1. Personal data is used solely for order processing and will not be shared with third parties.
2. The buyer has the right to view, correct, or delete their data.

Article 9 – Changes to the Terms and Conditions

1. Def Americans reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions.
2. Changes will be announced via the webshop and will apply immediately to new orders.
